Pastor Henshaw is a graduate of Heartland Baptist Bible College. He and his wife Jennifer have been blessed with 5 daughters. In March of 2000, he came to Bible Baptist, and in October of the same year he was called to be Pastor.

Michael is a graduate of Heartland Baptist Bible College. He and his wife, Melody, have been on staff since June of 2006.
David is a graduate of Andersonville Baptist Seminary. He and his wife Angela have 2 children and have been on staff since February of 2008.
